John Ethan Morrison, widely recognized as Ethan Wayne, was born on February 22, 1962. He is an American who once graced the silver screen as an actor and worked as a stuntman. Today, he oversees John Wayne Enterprises and acts as the director of the John Wayne Cancer Foundation, where he initiated the Team DUKE fundraising initiative.

Ethan made his acting debut portraying Little Jake, the grandson of his iconic father in the film *Big Jake*. Following the passing of his father in 1979, he transitioned into stunt work, with his first film appearance being in the legendary *The Blues Brothers*. He returned to acting shortly after, featuring prominently in two notable films in 1981: the comedy *Longshot* and the horror flick *Scream*.

In addition to these roles, Ethan portrayed Edward Taylor in the NBC television film *The Alamo: 13 Days to Glory* (1986) and Storm Logan on the CBS soap opera *The Bold and the Beautiful*, where he worked alongside Carrie Mitchum, Robert Mitchum's granddaughter, whom he had met on the set of *Big Jake*. His character, Officer Matt Doyle, on *The New Adam-12* aired from 1989 to 1991.

On January 14, 2014, he appeared on the History Channel’s *Pawn Stars*, discussing John Wayne memorabilia. As the youngest son of the legendary actor John Wayne and Peruvian actress Pilar Pallete, Ethan grew up in Newport Beach, California, nurturing a passion for the ocean and the outdoors, with his name inspired by his father's character in *The Searchers*.
