Tobey Maguire
Tobias “Tobey” Vincent Maguire, born on June 27, 1975, is an accomplished American actor and film producer. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Spider-Man in Sam Raimi’s acclaimed Spider-Man trilogy, which spanned from 2002 to 2007. He reprised this iconic role in the 2021 film Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Maguire commenced his acting journey with supporting parts in films such as This Boy's Life (1993), The Ice Storm, and Deconstructing Harry (both released in 1997), as well as Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998). His breakthrough into leading roles came with performances in films like Pleasantville (1998), Ride with the Devil (1999), The Cider House Rules (1999), Wonder Boys (2000), Seabiscuit (2003), The Good German (2006), Brothers (2009), The Great Gatsby (2013), and Pawn Sacrifice (2014).
