Emrullah Çakay

Emrullah Çakay, born on December 17, 1989, is a distinguished figure in the theater world. His journey began at Bilkent University, where he received a scholarship to join the Theater Department in 2010. During his time there, he actively participated in numerous productions, honing his craft and showcasing his talent on stage.

In 2016, Çakay expanded his experience by working as an assistant to the renowned director Jason Hale. His educational background includes collaborations with a diverse group of both domestic and international directors, such as Aleksey Burago, Daniel Irizarry, Erdal Kücükkömürcü, ISIL Kasapoglu, Zeynep Ekin Öner, and John Uecker. He also engaged in advanced acting techniques, including Method Acting and Susan Main's Linklater Voice Seminars.

Graduating in 2017, Çakay continued to advance his studies and was accepted into the Master of Arts in Expanded Theater program at HKB Bern University of Art in 2018. This program has allowed him to further explore innovative theatrical practices and deepen his artistic vision. Throughout his career, Çakay has demonstrated a commitment to the performing arts, continually seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and impact in the theater community.
