Igor Larionov

Igor Nikolayevich Larionov, born on December 3, 1960, is celebrated as one of the greatest Russian hockey players in history, as well as a respected coach. Affectionately dubbed the "Professor" due to his exceptional understanding of the game, Larionov's illustrious career spanned an impressive 27 years.

During his time with the Soviet national team, he achieved remarkable success, securing two Olympic gold medals and four World Championship titles.
