This Canadian-American actor is best remembered for his iconic role as John Harker in the 1931 horror classic, Dracula, directed by Todd Browning. In 1932, Manners continued to make an impact on the silver screen by taking on the role of archaeologist Frank Whemple in Universal Pictures' The Mummy, another notable pre-Code thriller that showcased his acting prowess.
