Jonathan Sand

Jonathan Sand's journey into the world of performing arts began in the late 1990s when he portrayed composer Johann Sebastian Bach in a school production. This experience ignited a passion that led him to enroll in Sollentuna Fria Gymnasium's aesthetic program, where he specialized in theater from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, he further honed his acting abilities by participating in a beginner training course at Kulturama under the guidance of Michael Hamory.

In 2019, Sand made his professional debut as an actor, appearing as an extra in Season 2 of the series *Innan vi dör* (2017). Continuing his education, he returned to Kulturama in 2022 to study the Meisner technique and took additional film acting courses—both beginner and advanced—with Lukas Loughran at Cinemantrix.

As a versatile freelance actor, Sand has appeared in over 50 productions, showcasing his talent in various short films directed by creators like Ozcar Burfitt, Oliver Fransson, and Simon Kasto. His television credits include roles in *Sommaren med släkten* (2017) and *Toppen* (2022), as well as a significant role in the feature film *En dag och en halv* (2023), directed by Fares Fares. Jonathan Sand continues to evolve in his craft, making a notable mark in the performing arts landscape.
