Maritza Brikisak
Maritza Brikisak, a talented actress and producer, hails from Santiago, Chile, and has a rich heritage that includes German and Native American roots. Her diverse journey has taken her across several countries, including Venezuela, Canada, and the United Kingdom, before she ultimately settled in Los Angeles. Fluent in Spanish, Maritza possesses dual citizenship in the United States and Canada, reflecting her multifaceted background.
Growing up in a conservative family, Maritza discovered acting as a powerful means of self-expression. She began her theatrical career in Canada, performing with 'Theater 5' under the guidance of Valerie Robertson. She then honed her craft in Ottawa with 'Sears & Switzer' and further developed her skills in Toronto at 'The Little Workshop' with Calvin Green, where she learned the Meisner Technique. Maritza earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University and later received training at the Actors Center in London, England. In California, she studied under esteemed teachers such as Terry McGovern, Lyle B. Hill at Weist-Barron-Hill, Ed Hooks, and Elaine Clark.
