Mime Gopi

Before making his mark in the film industry, Mime Gopi was celebrated as a prominent mime artist in Chennai. He founded G Mime Studio in 1994, a creative space dedicated to promoting the art of miming. Gopi's breakthrough in cinema came with his portrayal of Perumal, a local rogue, in the film *Madras* in 2014. This role garnered him significant attention and opened the doors to further opportunities in the film industry. Following this success, he took on villainous roles in popular movies, including *Maari* (2015) and *Kathakali* (2016), where he showcased his versatility as an actor.
