Virginia Aldridge

Virginia Aldridge was born on September 1, 1938, in Boston, Massachusetts, but moved to Los Angeles at the age of eight. Her artistic journey began with ballet, which she pursued starting at 12 years old. After completing her education at Van Nuys High School, Aldridge ventured into the professional dance scene for two years. However, feeling that she had more to offer, she shifted her focus to acting. At 19, she joined Cory's Hollywood Repertoire school, where she honed her craft.

Just a year into her training, Aldridge made her television debut on the iconic show 'Ozzie and Harriet,' marking the beginning of her on-screen career. She quickly became a familiar face on popular television programs, including 'Cheyenne,' 'Zane Grey Theatre,' 'Wagon Train,' 'Matinee Theatre,' and 'Father Knows Best.' Among her various roles, her performance as the female lead alongside Tom Pittman in the film 'High School Big Shot' stands out as a significant highlight of her career.
