Tristan Barr is an innovative filmmaker from Australia who made history as the first to create a full-length feature film shot in one continuous take, spanning nine diverse locations and lasting 82 minutes. His film, *Watch The Sunset*, garnered significant acclaim, being recognized by Cinema Australia as one of the top five films of 2017. It made waves in the film festival circuit, featuring in prestigious events such as the Perth Revelation International Film Festival, Brisbane International Festival, Byron Bay Film Festival, and the Sydney Underground Film Festival, ultimately showcasing at the renowned Montreal World Film Festival. The film has earned multiple awards, including those for "Best Film" and "Best Actor."
As a dedicated visual storyteller, Tristan's talents have been acknowledged in various capacities. He received the "Best Director" award at the Canada International Film Festival for his feature film *This Little Piggy* and won the "Best Comedy" award at the Sanctuary Cove Film Festival for his short film *Gabby’s First Time*, which he both wrote and directed.
