Han Chiang

Han Chiang, originally named Zhang Zi-Ting, hails from Beijing and has enjoyed a prolific acting career, featuring in over 60 films and numerous television series. His diverse talent allows him to embody a wide array of characters, ranging from devoted fathers to tough office managers.

In 1968, Han joined the prestigious Shaw Brothers studio, where he made a significant impact with his performances in the martial arts classics "Tomorrow Is Another Day" and "The Fastest Sword," portraying the role of Chu Ching's father in both films. However, after a five-year tenure, he decided to leave Shaw Brothers due to the extensive travel demands of the contract.

In the following decades, Han transitioned to work with various Taiwanese film production companies, achieving notable success throughout the 1960s and 1980s. His filmography during this period includes standout titles such as "Secret Agent Chang Kong No.1," "Clam Fairy," and "It All Started With A Bed." He also featured in "The Sword," produced by Chang Jiang Films in Hong Kong.

Han Chiang remains best known for his contributions to the martial arts genre, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to resonate with fans of classic cinema.
