Timur Yunusov
Timur Yunusov, a multifaceted Russian hip-hop artist, music producer, actor, and entrepreneur, rose to prominence after graduating from Star Factory 4. At the tender age of 14, he founded the music group VIP77 in 1998. By 2000, he was working as a backing vocalist for the artist Decl, further honing his skills in the music industry.
Yunusov gained significant public attention in 2012 when he became the ambassador for the Universiade 2013 held in Kazan. His music video for "Sex in the Bathroom" premiered on October 12, showcasing his dynamic style. He performed a notable recital titled "#David Dreams" at Crocus City Hall in Moscow on November 29 of the same year. In early 2013, he collaborated with Snoop Dogg for the soundtrack of the film "Classmates.ru," under the direction of Pavel Khudyakov, and released his fourth studio album, "13," on October 28.
Yunusov's work continued to impress with his 2014 film "Capsule" and voice role as Tremaine in the Russian version of "13th District: Brick Mansions." He collaborated with various artists, releasing tracks like "Beard" with MC DONI and "Ponty" from the album "13." In 2015, he engaged in numerous collaborations, including tracks with Natan and Sasha Chest. His 2016 projects included multiple hits, such as "Home" with Pavel Murashov and "Where are you, where am I" with Yegor Creed, alongside a successful "Olympus" tour across Russia. In 2017, he partnered with Guf for the track "Generation," further solidifying his place in the music industry.
