Emily Cline

1 title Acting Aug 03, 1969

Emily Cline, originally hailing from a quaint town in Iowa, embarked on her modeling journey with Elite Model Management, which took her from Chicago to the fashion capitals of Milan, Paris, and London. After a decade based in New York City, she immersed herself in acting, training under industry veterans Bill Esper and Wynn Handman, while also participating in Off-Off Broadway productions as both an actress and producer.

In the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, Emily relocated to Los Angeles with her husband, F. Scott Shea, whom she married the following year. This move allowed her to transition from the fashion scene to a more entertainment-focused career. While she has appeared in television and theater, Emily has a strong preference for independent films. Following her departure from modeling, she welcomed her son Hatcher in June 2006, and is currently involved in producing a film adaptation of Chris Bohjalian’s bestselling novel, "The Buffalo Soldier." The project, being adapted by renowned screenwriter Russell Schaumburg, is under the production of Stu Pollard from Pollard Films.

In addition to her film endeavors, Emily is pursuing her passion for collage and montage art at the Art Center for Design. She resides in the Hollywood Hills with her family, including their cat, Prince William, and their uniquely spirited dog, Stella Blue.
