Martin Vidnovic
**Martin Vidnovic: Biography**
Martin Vidnovic is a talented singer and actor, born to Burke Vidnovic, the former chief budget officer of the Federal General Services Administration, and Marge, a dedicated head guidance counselor at his high school. During his high school years, he earned the title of "Best All Around" in his senior class and showcased his athletic skills as a halfback on the football team until a knee injury curtailed his sports career. A gifted performer, Martin excelled as a choir soloist, played saxophone in the school band, and took on lead roles in theatrical productions, all while maintaining a straight-A academic record.
He pursued his passion for music and drama at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, where he also met his future wife. Early in his professional career, he performed in Yul Brenner's "Home Sweet Homer," which toured nationally but had a brief run on Broadway. Nevertheless, Brenner advocated for the same cast to be retained for a revival of the classic "The King and I." Martin further cemented his Broadway credentials with appearances in revivals of renowned shows such as "Oklahoma" and "Brigadoon." Outside of his professional life, he comes from a close-knit family, with two older sisters and a younger brother who made headlines as the star quarterback at the University of North Carolina before being drafted by the New Orleans Saints as a punter.
