David Labrava embarked on his journey in Hollywood as a camera operator with the Zalman King Company, where he contributed to projects like *Red Shoe Diaries*, *9 1/2 Weeks*, and *In God's Hands*. During this time, he honed his skills in scriptwriting. He gained early exposure as the host of the series *Whiplash ZK* and participated in the independent film *FTW* with Picture Perfect Productions. Labrava also starred in *Fencewalker*, a project directed by Chris Carter, known for *The X-Files*.

A passionate motorcycle enthusiast for over three decades, David was brought on as a Technical Advisor for the acclaimed series *Sons of Anarchy*. His role soon expanded as he was cast as "Happy," becoming a mainstay since the show’s debut.

In recent years, Labrava collaborated with FX on a new show he developed and has been busy editing a documentary focused on a prominent motorcycle club. He also contributes to the national publication *Ol Skool Rodz* with his column "Burnin' Rubber with Jimmy Carbone," and previously wrote for *Horse Motorcycle Magazine*, where one of his bike builds graced the cover of issue #13 in March 2001. A graduate of the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, David holds five diplomas from Harley Davidson.

Beyond his film and writing pursuits, Labrava is a skilled glass artist and runs Evil Ink Tattoo, a tattoo studio in Northern California. He continues to build hot rods and motorcycles for pleasure and rides daily.
