Peter Mansbridge

Peter Mansbridge OC, born on July 6, 1948, in England, is a distinguished Canadian journalist renowned for his impactful career as a news anchor. He served as the chief correspondent for CBC News and was the face of The National, the flagship nightly newscast for CBC Television, from 1988 until his retirement in 2017.
