Oliver Hoare

Oliver Hoare is a talented performer and composer, having honed his craft at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He has made a significant impact in the theatre world with notable roles such as Dave Davies in the acclaimed Kinks musical, *Sunny Afternoon*, performed in the West End. Additionally, he has showcased his versatility in productions like *Anthony and Cleopatra* at the Chichester Festival Theatre, *Romeo and Juliet* with Shakespeare at The Tobacco Factory, and *Platonov* at the Arcola Theatre.

In television, Oliver has appeared in a variety of series, including *The Sixth Commandment*, *People Just Do Nothing*, *Thanks for the Memories*, and *Casualty* on BBC, demonstrating his range as an actor.

Beyond acting, Oliver is also a passionate singer-songwriter, leading his band, Oliver Hoare and the Late Great. His musical talents extend to composition, including the score for the film *Sink* and the music for the mini-series *Thanks for the Memories*.

As a co-founder of Neon Candle Theatre, he contributed as both composer and musical director for their inaugural production, *Dance to the Bone*, which premiered at the Sherman Theatre in Spring 2022.
