Pason's journey into the world of performing arts began in 1998, following her graduation from Chattanooga High School of Performing Arts. She further honed her skills at Columbia College-Chicago, majoring in Theater and Dance. Her passion for performance led her to train with Cirque Du Soleil, where she developed her craft as a dancer and aerialist, eventually becoming an international headliner.

Her transition into acting was catalyzed when Big Sky Motion Pictures offered her a role in the film *Spring Break '83* while she was still on tour. After concluding her tour on December 19, 2010, Pason fully committed to her acting career. She gained recognition for her role in *Bloody Wedding* (2011), earning a nomination for Best Supporting Actress at the Fantastic Horror Film Festival in 2014.

Beyond traditional acting, Pason has engaged in motion capture and participated in intensive performance capture workshops with industry professional Tom Keegan. Her versatile talents have led her to appear in numerous films and television shows, voice-over projects, commercials, and music videos. Additionally, she has contributed to over 100 magazines and has been immortalized in three bronze sculptures by Andrew Cawrse. Notably, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art showcased a five-foot photograph of her, which garnered attention in the New York Times as capturing the "Essence of Power."
