Stu Cook

Stu Cook is a renowned American bassist, celebrated as a pivotal founding member of the iconic rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival. Born on April 24, 1945, in Oakland, California, Cook's musical journey began in the 1960s when he teamed up with fellow musicians John Fogerty, Tom Fogerty, and Doug Clifford to form the band initially known as The Golliwogs.

Creedence Clearwater Revival emerged in 1967, quickly gaining prominence with their unique blend of rock, blues, and country influences.
