Tara Platt is an accomplished American actress and voice artist, known for her extensive work in both film and television. She is married to fellow voice actor Yuri Lowenthal, with whom she shares a deep passion for the arts.

Platt honed her craft at Rutgers University and the prestigious London Academy of Theatre, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts. Her stage performances have included notable roles such as Juliet in "Romeo and Juliet," Titania in "A Midsummer Night's Dream," and Katherine in "The Taming of the Shrew." She also portrayed Clara Schumann in "First Nights: Clara and Robert Schumann," a role specifically penned for her by John de Lancie, with whom she frequently collaborates.

In 2004, Platt and Lowenthal co-founded Monkey Kingdom Productions, an independent film company that has released several projects, including the feature film "Tumbling After" and the mockumentary "Con Artists," which is currently in post-production. Platt is well-known in the anime community for her role as Temari in "Naruto," while Lowenthal voices Sasuke Uchiha.
