César Luis Menotti

César Luis Menotti, affectionately nicknamed El Flaco ("Slim"), was born on November 5, 1938, in Argentina. He is renowned for his impactful career as both a football player and manager, most famously leading the Argentina national team to victory in the 1978 FIFA World Cup.
