Andrew Schwarz embarked on his career in the film industry during his senior year of high school, where he interned at Fangoria Magazine under the guidance of industry veterans Tony Timpone and Michael Gingold. After completing his college education, he relocated to Los Angeles and took on the role of assistant to the legendary horror director Wes Craven. This experience laid the groundwork for his future endeavors in the horror genre.
As a production executive, Schwarz collaborated with a variety of independent horror filmmakers, including Alistair Legrand, Paul Solet, Dallas Hallam, and Patrick Horvath, helping to bring their creative visions to life. His own short films, such as RAAL, THE ELVIS ROOM, and THE SHACK, have garnered attention at prestigious film festivals like Fantasia and Another Hole in the Head. Furthermore, his work has been showcased on platforms such as ALTER, Bloody Disgusting, This is Horror, and Ain’t It Cool News, establishing him as a noteworthy figure in the horror community.
