Jane Moore Sibbett, born on November 28, 1962, is a talented American actress renowned for her memorable performances in television and film. She gained significant recognition for her role as Heddy on the Fox series *Herman's Head*, and as Carol Willick, the first ex-wife of Ross Geller, on the iconic sitcom *Friends*. In addition, she portrayed Morgan Faulkner in the beloved series *The Nanny*.

Sibbett's career took off with her portrayal of Jane Wilson on the NBC soap opera *Santa Barbara* from 1986 to 1987, earning her a nomination for the Best Newcomer award. Her versatility as an actress is evident in her guest appearance on the popular series *21 Jump Street*. She showcased her film talents in the 1998 movie *Noah* alongside Tony Danza and Wallace Shawn, and also starred in *The Second Arrival* that same year with Patrick Muldoon and Michael Sarrazin.
