Chris Noth
Christopher David Noth, born on November 13, 1954, is a prominent American actor celebrated for his impactful television performances. He gained fame for portraying NYPD Detective Mike Logan in the long-running series Law & Order from 1990 to 1995. Noth is perhaps equally recognized for his role as Mr. Big on the iconic series Sex and the City, which aired from 1998 to 2004, and as Peter Florrick in the acclaimed drama The Good Wife from 2009 to 2016. His performances earned him nominations for the prestigious Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor on Television in 1999 for Sex and the City and in 2010 for The Good Wife.
In addition to his original roles, Noth returned to the character of Mike Logan in the spinoff Law & Order: Criminal Intent, which ran from 2005 to 2008. He also reprised his role as Big in the feature films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). More recently, he featured in the first two seasons of CBS's 2021 revival of The Equalizer and made an appearance in And Just Like That..., the continuation of Sex and the City. However, his involvement in both series was significantly reduced following the surfacing of multiple sexual assault accusations against him in December 2021.
