Shermin Hassan
Shermin Hassan embarked on her journey in the performing arts by completing a Foundation degree in Acting at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts. Her dedication and talent earned her a scholarship to the prestigious BA Acting program at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, where she honed her skills over three enriching years. During her time at Mountview, Shermin collaborated with distinguished industry professionals and had the opportunity to star in several notable productions. Among her standout performances were the world premieres of "What’s Eating Gilbert Grape," adapted from Peter Hedges' work, "A Level Playing Field" by Jonathan Lewis, and "Karagula" penned by Philip Ridley.
Upon graduating, Shermin made a significant leap into the film industry, landing her first role in the independent feature film "Arifa," where she portrays the titular character. This debut is anticipated to showcase her talent and versatility as an actress.
