Throughout his wrestling journey, Brisco competed in numerous promotions affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), amassing a remarkable collection of championships.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Brisco gained widespread recognition alongside his partner, Pat Patterson, as comedic "stooges" for WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. Their memorable antics provided a unique blend of humor and entertainment, endearing them to fans and leaving a lasting impact on the WWE landscape.
