Lester Holt

Lester Don Holt Jr. (born March 8, 1959) is a prominent American journalist recognized for his role as the anchor of the weekday editions of NBC Nightly News, NBC Nightly News Kids Edition, and Dateline NBC. Holt's journey in journalism reached a significant milestone on June 18, 2015, when he was appointed the permanent anchor of NBC Nightly News after the reassignment of Brian Williams.
