His passion for acting was ignited by an early fascination with Chinese martial arts films, particularly those starring icons like Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, and Jet Li. Despite obtaining a degree in Information Technology, Lee felt a powerful pull towards the art of martial arts, prompting him to venture to Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang province, China, for intensive training.

Upon his return to the UK, Lee initially pursued a career in sales and financial consulting. However, his aspirations in the performing arts soon took precedence. In 2010, he made the bold decision to relocate to China to immerse himself in acting. Since then, he has made a name for himself in the film industry, featuring in numerous Chinese films, including the critically acclaimed "The Battle at Lake Changjin."
