Dylan Schmid

Dylan Schmid, known for his captivating performances and infectious humor, began his artistic journey at a young age. Growing up, he entertained his family with his quirky antics and expressive personality, often engaging in theatrical play with his older brother T.J. Dylan's passion for acting emerged when he was just six years old, landing roles in two student short films.

His early career included a notable role as the "Prince of York" in a series of summer performances with the Victoria Shakespeare Society, where he showcased his talent and dedication. His skills caught the eye of the Pacific Opera Victoria, leading him to star as Flavio in their production of "Rodelina."

In 2010, Dylan took a significant step in his career by traveling to Los Angeles, where he participated in an intensive two-week acting workshop with AIPA under the guidance of renowned instructors Patrick Day and Nora Eckstein at Young Actors Space. The experience proved transformative, earning him high praise for his performances and further solidifying his place in the acting community.
