Victoria Bedos
Victoria Bedos, born on April 28, 1984, in Neuilly-sur-Seine, is a multifaceted French talent known for her work as a writer, screenwriter, singer, and actress. She hails from a creative family, being the daughter of renowned comedian Guy Bedos and actress Joëlle Bercot, as well as the sister of filmmaker Nicolas Bedos.
Victoria began her career in journalism, contributing to several prominent publications, including Télécinéobs (a supplement of Le Nouvel Observateur), Les Inrockuptibles, and the women's magazine Glamour. In 2007, at the age of 23, she debuted as an author with her novel *Le Déni*, which explores the themes of denial and deception through a fictional lens. That same year, she also served as a screenwriter for *Confidences*, a series aired on Canal+.
She gained further recognition as a co-writer with Stanislas Carré de Malberg for the screenplay of the acclaimed film *La Famille Bélier*, directed by Éric Lartigau. In 2014, while collaborating on the film, she formed a musical duo named Vicky-Banjo with Olivier Urvoy de Closmadeuc, showcasing their original songs.
Victoria played the lead role of Linda in the mini-series *Gym Couine*, which aired for two years on June and social media platforms. She also starred in an interactive advertising campaign for the revamped Glamour magazine, directed by Noémie Saglio. In January 2015, she took on the leading role in *Vicky*, a film she co-wrote with Denis Imbert, who also directed it, featuring notable actors like Chantal Lauby and François Berléand.
