Wilson Grey

Wilson Grey, originally named Wilson Chaves, was a prominent Brazilian actor celebrated for his roles in supporting characters across a remarkable four-decade career. Born on December 10, 1923, Grey made his mark in the evolving landscape of Brazilian cinema, contributing to diverse genres from the vibrant musical comedies known as "chanchadas" in the 1950s to the influential Cinema Novo movement of the 1960s and 1970s.

Throughout his extensive filmography, Grey became a familiar face in numerous productions, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the art of acting. Some of his notable works include "O Segredo da Múmia" (1982), where he took on the rare opportunity to portray the lead role, and "A Dança dos Bonecos" (1986) and "As Sete Vampiras" (1986), both of which further established his presence in the industry.
