Jewel Kilcher, widely recognized simply as Jewel, is a multifaceted American artist known for her exceptional talents as a singer-songwriter, guitarist, actress, and poet. With a remarkable career that includes four Grammy Award nominations, she has sold over 27 million albums globally.

Jewel made her impactful debut on February 28, 1995, with her album *Pieces of You*, which has earned its place as one of the best-selling debut albums in history, achieving 15-times platinum status. The album featured the hit single "Who Will Save Your Soul," which climbed to #11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Additionally, two other tracks, "You Were Meant for Me" and "Foolish Games," reached impressive positions of #2 and #7, respectively, and were featured in Billboard's year-end singles chart for 1997. Over the years, Jewel has explored various musical genres, including country music. Her first country album, *Perfectly Clear*, was released in 2008 under The Valory Music Co. and debuted at #1 on the U.S. Billboard Top Country Albums chart, showcasing hits like "Stronger Woman," "I Do," and "Til It Feels Like Cheating."

In May 2009, she released her first independent album, *Lullaby*. Furthermore, Jewel is set to co-host and judge the upcoming Bravo series *Platinum Hit*, where 12 aspiring singer-songwriters will compete for a record deal and a cash prize of $100,000, premiering on May 30, 2011.
