Bob Backlund
Robert Lee "Bob" Backlund is a prominent American professional wrestler whose career has spanned more than three decades, making a significant impact on the wrestling world. He is celebrated as a two-time WWWF/WWF Champion and holds the distinction of having the second-longest title reign in WWE history, surpassed only by Bruno Sammartino’s first reign, while eclipsing that of Hulk Hogan’s inaugural championship run. Backlund's contributions to the sport were officially recognized when he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in the Class of 2013 on January 21.
