Hettienne Park is a talented American actress and writer, renowned for her diverse roles across film and television. Born in Boston and raised in Wayland, Massachusetts, she is of South Korean heritage. Park pursued her education at the University of Rochester, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Economics. She also honed her musical skills in classical flute and piano at the New England Conservatory of Music and trained in acting for two years at the William Esper Studio in New York City.

Park's acting journey began in junior high with a production of Cats, leading to her film debut in the 2007 feature Year of the Fish. She gained recognition for her performances in notable films such as Young Adult (2011), Bride Wars (2009), and the acclaimed satire Don't Look Up. One of her most prominent roles was as Special Agent Beverly Katz in the psychological horror series Hannibal (2013–2014), where she showcased her talent alongside Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy. More recently, she portrayed Tamika Collins in the HBO adaptation of Stephen King’s The Outsider (2020).

Her contributions to theater have also been acknowledged, earning her the prestigious 68th Theatre World Award for Outstanding Broadway and Off-Broadway Debuts for her performances in Theresa Rebeck's Seminar and Tony Kushner's The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide to Capitalism and Socialism with a Key to the Scriptures.
