Aliza Gur, originally named Aliza Gross, was born in 1944 in Ramat Gan, Israel. In 1960, she earned the title of Miss Israel and represented her country at the Miss Universe pageant, where she secured a spot in the top 15. Aliza’s parents had fled Germany during Adolf Hitler's rise to power and eventually made their way to Israel, where Aliza and her brother were born.

In her twenties, Aliza moved to the United States and established her home in California, marking the beginning of her career in film and television. She made notable guest appearances in popular television series such as Get Smart (1965) and The Wild Wild West (1965). Her filmography includes roles in significant films like From Russia with Love (1963) and Kill a Dragon (1967), as well as a cult classic, Beast of Morocco (1968). Interestingly, she had her first on-screen appearance as an extra in the iconic film The Ten Commandments (1956) when she was just 12 years old.

Aliza's parents eventually relocated to Cleveland, Ohio, where they lived until their passing in the mid-1970s. Throughout her life, Aliza Gur has left an indelible mark in the entertainment industry, showcasing her talents across various platforms.
