Susan Lucci
Susan Victoria Lucci is a celebrated American actress, television host, author, and entrepreneur, widely recognized for her iconic role as Erica Kane on the ABC daytime drama All My Children, a character she portrayed from the show's inception in 1970 until its conclusion in 2011. Prior to this, she appeared in the 1960s soap opera Love is a Many Splendored Thing.
In 1996, Lucci earned a place on TV Guide's list of the 50 Greatest TV Stars of All Time, ranking at number 37. She was also honored as one of VH1's 200 Top Icons of All Time and featured among Barbara Walters’s Ten Most Fascinating People.
Throughout her tenure on All My Children, Lucci received an impressive 21 nominations for the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, ultimately winning the coveted award in 1999 after her 19th nomination.
