Michael Zaslow

Michael Zaslow, born on November 1, 1942, in Inglewood, California, was a prominent actor and writer celebrated for his contributions to daytime television dramas. His personal life included two marriages, first to Joanne Dorian and later to Susan Hufford, with whom he had two daughters, Helena and Marika. Zaslow's life came to a close on December 6, 1998, in New York City due to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Zaslow's theatrical prowess shone on Broadway, where he performed in notable productions such as Fiddler on the Roof, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Boccaccio, and Onward Victoria.
