Peter Ginn is a renowned British archaeologist and television presenter celebrated for his contributions to educational programming. He is best known for his roles in several BBC documentary series, including *Victorian Farm*, *Edwardian Farm*, *Tudor Monastery Farm*, and *Wartime Farm*. Ginn also appeared in the 2005 series *Tales from the Green Valley* and more recently in *Secrets of the Castle*, showcasing his expertise in historical living and archaeology. Notably, he is the only presenter to have participated in every installment of the *Farm* series, with the exception of Ruth Goodman, and did not take part in the related series *Victorian Pharmacy*.

Ginn's journey began in Bodicote, where he attended St John's RC Primary and Blessed George Napier Schools. His passion for archaeology led him to study Egyptian archaeology at the prestigious Institute of Archaeology at University College London. His entry into the television world came about when he stepped in for his university friend Alex Langlands, who was unable to participate in *Tales from the Green Valley* due to an injury.
