Nikola Kojo
Nikola Kojo, named after his great-grandfather, a protoiereus from Mostar, embarked on his acting journey at a remarkably young age. He made his film debut as Ivan in the 1980 movie "Rad na određeno vreme" before he turned 13. Throughout the 1980s, Kojo gained prominence with significant performances in the film "Igmanski marš" (1983) and the television series "Sivi Dom" (1986). He also starred in three sequels of the beloved film series "Foolish Years," which solidified his status as one of the leading actors of his generation in the former Yugoslavia.
In 1992, he took on a pivotal role in Srđan Dragojević's acclaimed film "Mi nismo anđeli" (We're Not Angels), a performance that remains a highlight of his career. He reprised this role in the 2005 sequel, "Mi nismo anđeli 2."
Nikola is married to Aleksandra Đurić, and together they have a daughter, Ana, born in 2008, along with twin daughters born in 2013. In addition to his acting accolades, he ventured into directing with his debut film, "Herd," released in 2016, showcasing his versatility within the film industry.
