Herman Rarebell, born Hermann Josef Erbel on November 18, 1949, is a prominent German drummer and songwriter, renowned for his tenure with the legendary rock band Scorpions from 1977 to 1995. During his impactful years with the band, Rarebell contributed to the creation of eight studio albums that helped define the sound of hard rock and heavy metal.
