Born in Arizona, Langton grew up in a family with a rich history; her father, Jackson Langton, was a geologist, while her mother worked as a surgical nurse. Her grandfather served as a World War II bomber pilot, and her aunt contributed to the film industry as a script supervisor. Langton had a varied upbringing across Illinois and Texas, completing her education at Herscher High School, L. D. Bell High School, and later attending San Diego State University. Before venturing into acting, she gained experience as a model in Japan.
