Kyra Tantao, a talented actress hailing from New York City, has made significant strides in her career with a diverse array of performances. In 2019, Tantao captivated audiences as Morgan in the world premiere of "Orchid Receipt Service," a play written by Corinne Conly, staged at MITU580. Additionally, she was instrumental in the success of Natalie Margolin's "Day the Butcher Shop Closed," where she originated the character Jane; this production earned the title of Best Production at the SheNYC Arts Theater Festival.
Beyond her acting endeavors, Tantao has made a mark in the music industry as the founder and lead vocalist of the punk band Monica Bang, known for its anti-establishment themes.
