Geddy Lee, renowned as the lead vocalist, bassist, and keyboardist for the legendary rock band Rush, has made an indelible mark in the music world alongside his bandmates, drummer Neil Peart and guitarist Alex Lifeson. Often hailed as the most successful Canadian music group ever, Rush is known for being the third highest seller of consecutive American Gold and Platinum albums, surpassed only by The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.

Lee's exceptional bass skills have established him as a leading figure in music, alongside Peart and Lifeson, all recognized for their virtuosity. Known for his dynamic stage presence, Geddy effortlessly juggles bass playing, singing, and keyboard work while triggering pre-recorded tracks, showcasing his remarkable talents as Rush's frontman. Initially noted for his distinctively high-pitched singing voice, Geddy's vocal style has evolved over time, gaining broader acceptance among diverse audiences. His recent work, particularly on 2002’s "Vapor Trails" and his solo album "My Favorite Headache," highlights this growth.

After a hiatus, Rush returned with a highly successful tour in 2002 that included historic performances in Brazil, drawing 125,000 fans over three nights. The tour's grand finale was immortalized in the double-platinum DVD "Rush in Rio" (2003). Born to Polish parents who survived Nazi concentration camps, Geddy has also lent his production talents to various bands, including Rocket Science.
