Laurie Kynaston
Laurence Stephen Kynaston, known as Laurie Kynaston, was born on February 24, 1994, in Shrewsbury, England, but he spent his formative years in Weston Rhyn, situated on the border of England and Wales. Coming from a musically inclined family, Kynaston found his passion for acting while living in Llanfyllin, Powys. His talent was recognized early on, leading to his first significant role in "The Winslow Boy" at Theatr Clwyd at just eighteen.
At the age of nineteen, Kynaston relocated to London to further his acting ambitions. His impressive stage presence earned him the Evening Standard Theatre Award for his outstanding performance in the play "The Son," and he was also nominated for a WhatsOnStage Award.
In addition to his theatrical achievements, Kynaston made a mark on television with a prominent role in the BBC Two sitcom "Cradle to Grave" (2015). His film credits include "England Is Mine" (2017) and "How to Build a Girl" (2019), and he was recognized as a Screen International Star of Tomorrow in 2018.
Kynaston made his West End debut in the acclaimed production of "The Ferryman," which transferred to the Gielgud Theatre, and he also starred in the revival of "Spring Awakening" at the Almeida Theatre, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the craft.
