Neil Brown Jr.
Cornelius C. "Neil" Brown Jr. (born June 19, 1980) is a prominent American actor known for his diverse roles across film and television. He gained significant recognition for portraying Guillermo, the leader of the Vatos, in the acclaimed series The Walking Dead. Additionally, he starred as Felix in the short-lived series South Beach, which aired on UPN. In 2015, he took on the role of DJ Yella in the biographical film Straight Outta Compton, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Neil was born to Cornelius Brown, a U.S. Marine, and Carrie Brown, who worked as an insurance underwriter. His career includes notable performances alongside iconic actors, such as Denzel Washington in the thriller Out of Time (2003) and Colin Farrell in the war film Tigerland (2000). He also featured as the wise-cracking Marine Lcpl. Richard "Motown" Guerrero in the action-packed Battle: Los Angeles, a project that reunited him with Fast & Furious co-star Michelle Rodriguez.
