Valerie Gogan
Valerie Gogan, a talented Scottish actress, hails from Glasgow and ventured to London in the 1980s to refine her craft at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). Since then, she has distinguished herself as one of the few Scottish actresses recognizable to audiences in the UK film and television landscape. Gogan made her cinematic debut in Stephen Frears's acclaimed film "Dangerous Liaisons," where she shared the screen with notable stars such as Michelle Pfeiffer, John Malkovich, Glenn Close, and Peter Capaldi. She later starred alongside Gerard Butler in "One More Kiss."
Her striking appearance and unique voice have also made her a familiar figure on television. Gogan's breakthrough role came in "Heart of the High Country," and she gained further recognition for her performance in the BBC series "Hamish Macbeth," alongside Robert Carlyle.
