Elizabeth Tabish
Elizabeth Tabish is a talented American actress and filmmaker, best known for her captivating role as Mary Magdalene in the popular television series "The Chosen." She earned her Master of Arts in Theater and Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from Oklahoma State University, which laid the foundation for her artistic pursuits. Following her education, Elizabeth relocated to Austin, Texas, where she embarked on a career in the film and commercial sectors, gaining experience in a variety of commercials, independent films, and television shows.
Her portrayal of Mary Magdalene in "The Chosen" marked a significant turning point in her career, earning her notable acclaim and a loyal following. In addition to her work on "The Chosen," Elizabeth has appeared in the 2025 film "Between Borders," the 2023 feature "The Shift," and several television series, including "The Son" (2017) and "Panic" (2021). She also featured in the 2024 adaptation of "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever."
As an accomplished filmmaker, Elizabeth has directed a range of independent short films that delve into female narratives, including "Mother's Day," "Cecilia," "Musa Malvada," "To See You," and "The Darlings."
