Jane March Horwood is a distinguished English actress and former model, known for her captivating performances in film. Her journey into the modeling world began at the tender age of 14 when she triumphed in a local modeling competition. Soon after, she joined Storm Model Management, adopting her middle name, March, as her professional moniker.

March's big break came when she caught the eye of acclaimed French director Jean-Jacques Annaud, who selected her for the leading role in his 1992 film, The Lover. This adaptation of Marguerite Duras's semi-autobiographical novel showcased her talent and established her as a rising star in the cinematic landscape.

In 1994, she starred alongside Bruce Willis in the erotic thriller Color of Night, directed by Richard Rush. Despite her reservations about the script, she embraced the opportunity, stating, "I didn't like the script at all, but it was a Bruce Willis film and I wasn't going to turn it down."

During the filming of Color of Night, March entered into a romantic relationship with co-producer Carmine Zozzora, culminating in a brief marriage in June 1993. The ceremony was notably attended by Willis as the best man and Demi Moore as the maid of honor. The couple eventually separated in 1997, with their divorce finalized in 2001. Throughout her career, March has made a lasting impact on the film industry with her memorable roles and unique presence.
