Before establishing World One, Reid contributed his talents to E! News Live and took on the role of Field Director for the Debmar-Mercury production, Central Ave., under the guidance of Executive Producer Will Packer. He also worked on notable programs such as The Rob Nelson Show for Fox and Square Off for the TV Guide Channel.
