Mariam Khundadze

Mariam Khundadze is a prominent figure in the world of performing arts, celebrated for her compelling works such as *A Room of My Own* (2022), *The Capture* (2019), and *To Batumi and Every Single Memory* (2021).

Hailing from Tbilisi, Georgia, Mariam honed her craft at the Shota Rustaveli Film and Theatre Institute. Since embarking on her professional journey in 2013, she has collaborated with some of Georgia's leading theatre companies, making a significant mark in the local arts scene. In 2018, she expanded her horizons by enrolling in the MA Classical Acting program at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in the UK, which further propelled her theatrical career.

Among her recent stage accomplishments are performances in *Raskolnikova* at the Actor’s Center in Soho, a rendition of *Cherry Orchard* directed by the esteemed Dame Janet Suzman, and *Pool (No Water)* staged in Tbilisi. Mariam's talents extend beyond theatre; she has also made appearances in commercials, BBC short films, and feature films, showcasing her versatility as an actress. Notably, her latest film work received recognition at the prestigious Karlovy Vary Film Festival, further establishing her as a rising star in the industry.
